[Resolved]  Times Of India Newspaper — Non Delivery of news paper

Dear Sir, It is bring to your kind notice that, myself Soumen Chakraborty presently residing in Hyderabad at Begumpet, a reader of your Newspaper for long years. But a few days ago a person from TOI group approached me that he will ensure door delivery for six months against Rs.175/- only. I booked the same on 25-11-08 after making cash payment. As per discusion the paper should come to my house from 1st December, but till now I have received only one paper on 16th december' 08. I feel very embarrased after making one after one call to your representative Mr. R. Srinu and your local office at BCCl, Times House, 8-2-351, Road # 3, Banjara HIlls, Hyderabad - 34, but all in vain. It is not expected from a reliable news paper like TOI. This is not a matter of mere Rs.175/- but this is the matter of breaking trust. I feel cheated by your group and requesting you to ensure no further harrassment of any other person by your people.
