this is to inform you that i am not getting my news paper though i have subscribed for it.i dont have the new receipt number, as i hav misplaced it.but my old receipt number was 1654290.so could you please help me send my new receipt number so that i can look forward in this matter.

I have subscribed for times of india ( 20 mins ) subscription with mumbai mirror.
my news paper started at january end. ( i had taken yearly subscription for 149/-)
My Ambernath dealer send me the bill for yearly service chage 120/-( Rs. 10 PM) on sunday ( 10/04/2011). He don't told me/ inform me such type of any charge, at the time of submission of CHEQUE.
i also enquire to other news paper seller, they told me that it's FREE SERVICE OF COST AT YOUR DOOR STEP.
SHALL I PAY THIS MONEY?
IF NOT HOW I REACH TO COSTUMER CARE OF TOI NEWSPAPERAGENCY.

I have subscription with times of india. The delivery boy is a cheater. He got the money and did not give me the receipt and did not issuing the paper. He must be sued. Times loosing its name due to such guys...Thanks

i took yearly subscription for times of india 20 minute with mirror in JAN-2011 [ my cheq no-127646 dated credited on 12.01.2011 to BCCL] I have shifted to D-304 [Bhartarinath] New Satara CHS Sec-14 Kopar-Khairane, Navi Mumbai.I told the same to my paperwala[Paulra/ Das, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai] But nothing was happed.

[protected], i have subscribe the times of india 20 m for the period of 24 months by paying Rs. 149 by cheque, cheque no. 180606 dated 29 march, 2012 of NJB for mumbai. 12 months are over and the vendor is not issuing the times of india 20 m for the next 12 months. According to him he says our subscription was of only 12 months plzzzz see towards it.consider the matter and reply soon. I have not received the times of india 20m. from 1 st may 2013.

Times Of India — Newspapers not getting delivered after subscription
I have renewed my (subscriber number:[protected] subscription on 8-Mar-2009 with cheque no.:638225. The renewal has been done for the period starting from 14-Apr-2009. But, till now I haven't received newspapers from 14-Apr-2009. Already spoken helpline no. for three times. First two times, the complaint has not been registered and I have been told that they will be ensuring newspapers are delivered. But, third time I have asked them to log a complaint and complaint# is 175729. No action has been taken on this till now.Please ensure paper gets delivered to me & including the papers from 14-Apr-2009.
