I have ordered Philips Multigroom Grooming Kit & Sandisk Cruzer Blade Pen Drive-4GB from TIMTARA.com on 5th Dec 2011. On their site they say that the product will get delivered within 8 to 10 working days.

The delivery of the above mentioned products is still not received till date -16th Dec 2011. This is sort of harassment calling up their customer support team at [protected] so many times to find out about my purchased products, but they gave me the same status which i can see on their website i.e. Awaiting Shipment. Since 5th Dec its showing the same status on the website, i really doubt they have the product for delivery as 10 days already passed & still it shows 'Awaiting Shipment' in the status. If Timtara can't deliver the product on time then they should say on their website that they will deliver only if they have the product or if they want to. They just need customer money & are fraud.

The last 3 conversations with their customer support team is recorded on my phone which i will use as a proof & will definitely use while filing a case against Timtara.com. In one of the conversation where the executive forgot to place my call on mute & was calling me an at least 3 to 4 times cauz i asked her to make me speak to her senior, they were also discussing to tell the (which is me) that the senior is not available. & then finally she passed the phone to Mr. Jamal Ahmed so called senior executive spoke to me & said it will get delivered in next week which i again doubt as 10 days already passed & they are asking for more time, if they cant deliver the product on time, they should refund customer's money like all other e-commerce portal does i.e ebay, indiatimes, rediff, etc.. I have been a regular buyer from these portals and i have never faced issues like this with any of these.

Online fraud is increasing a lot these days and one of the best example in this case is Timtara.com. I am anyways going to file a case against them but wanted all online users know who does e shopping a lot that Timatara is fraud & will never deliver your product so beware before buying product from Timtara.

I have logged complaint at their customer support team at least 4 times, the latest complaint no. is 14557. Below are other details of my purchase from them
