I placed an order online for BRAUN Epilator Series 3-3170( Series 3-3170) on 10 December 2011.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more then 10 times with customer care but i am not setisfied to their responce.I am still waiting for my product. This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration. I had purchased a Sony Cybershot DSC HX 9V camera from timtara.com on[protected], before purchasing i had called them up and confirmed that the product was in stock or not, they confirmed me that the order was in stock. I made the payment after 15 days i was told that the order is not in stock and since then i have been calling them up daily for follow up of my product. It took me 2 months to cancel my order for refund now they are not refunding the payment, its been 90 days this case if going on.
Service that they provide is just irritating, the customer care no. is engaged half of the times even i[censored] get to the customer care the only response that they give is "give us some time we will arrange a call back for u from the concerned team". they have harassed me like anything. i have had a mail chain since jan with them and also on mail chain they give the same reply.
i am stuck up now that whether i will receive my money back or not. and also the harassment i have faced by them.
timtara.com is a fraud company, kindly take some strict action against them.

I ordered Micromax Canvas 2 phone (Order#[protected] from Timtara.com on December 12th. On Jan 30th, I requested a refund. After hundreds of emails and phone calls, I am unable to get back by money back. And till date, I have not received any communication from them to help me out on this issue.

I called and mail 10-15 timesbut every body respond as we will dispatch it on tuesday or friday then commented on mail by raja singh, you will get it within 48 hours. I am very frustated with these fallow and suggest to new customer "please don't purchase anything from timtara as it will cheat to you"
I sent mail to all ([protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com) but nobody respond mail. Its totally harresment and fraud.
Don't purchase anything from timtara.com even they will offer u some free gifts and many more discounts.
