i am Santhosh from chennai. i placed one order on 24th december 2012. till now there is no shipment has been made and there is no response from timtara. this is 2 nd month i called their customer care regarding my order they don't want to listen to my words. they are always saying this week it will be shipped and cutting my call. this is the most disappointment online store for me.

i complained regarding this so many times till now no action has been taken from timtara. i sent 2 mails regarding this to your customer officer [protected]@timtara.com no response for that mail also. and 2 mails to [protected]@timtara.com no response for this mail also.

i'm having theirr confirmation copy in that they mentioned that in 3 weeks delivery time. now its 2nd month till now there is no response from them.
