(1) I have purchased a HUL Pureit Marvella Water Purifier(Marvella) from Their
website online Through credit card standard chartered Bank.

(2)I have called many times to Their
customer support no. :[protected] &[protected] but not received
any support from Them & till 29Th December 2012 There is no
confirmation from company side.

(3) I have sent many emails to their representatives but did not received any reply from them nor they are providing any confirmation on product delivery. Also they are not providing any next level escalation. I thought of cancelling the order. however many have not received money back so thought not to cancel the order.

(4) I have contacted through phone [protected] Mr. Ritesh, he had told me your product will dispatched on 20/12/2012 but
not received till now.

(5) I have go through many sites & see these people cheat more than 1000 plus people.

(6) I have attached all the necessary screen shots.

please register a complaint and take necessary action and get my money back. I am ready to pay what ever your fees are.
