if your want refund- mail to the ccavenue [protected]@ccavenue.com; [protected]@ccavenue.com ; [protected]@ccavenue.com and side by side raise dispute with your credit card bank. I got the suggestion from one of the mouthshut user and i got the prompt refund within 10 days.

I ORDERED SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE FROM TIMTARA I VE NOT RECEIVED TILL TODAY.. ORDER DATE IS: 22/10/2012. ORDER ID IS 10342492.. PL HELP ME IM MENTALLY DEPRESSED AFTER PLACING ORDER FROM TIMTARA. ITS REALLY A FAKE SITE.

I am still waiting for the shipment of my product as per customer care's reply i should get this product by 28/01/2013. But the products current status is in shipment awaiting. What i can do now. If you are unable to deliver this product its better to return my money. Therefor i asked customer care to cancel my product also. My complain id is :[protected]/01/2013). Still the product is not yet canceled any money not refunded in my account. Please tell me what i have to do next.
Now no more commitment from your side required. Please do the needful for this. No more promise or regrade am expecting from this company.

I got my money back from timtara by just calling my bank and raising a dispute for the charge stating that they had not delivered the product. 1 sureshot way of getting your money back from Timtara. Nothing else worked.

after 3 months i got the money for timtara order

Hi,
This is Kondareddy from Bangalore. I ordered (Order Id:[protected] a mobile which is worth Rs. 9200 from Timtara on Feb 1, 2013. Till May 1, 2013 issue was the same as with u. Now i got the refund. U can also get the refund i[censored] pay thrue credit card.

What u have to do is:
1. Call to credit card customer care and tell the issue with timtara.
2. They have an option called (Credit back the Transaction after doing some research from their side).
3. They ll ask u to submit one form (Name: Cardholder Dispute Form) along with proofs of order like email proofs.
4. they ll credit the money into ur account within 10 working days.
