Timtara — not refund money

Dear Sir,
I have ordered mobile through Timtara website. it's been more than a month but timtara did not turned up. i was charged 16,000 .i did not know that timtara is fake website. I am requesting you to kindly suggest me on this. I am ready to come to court also. i need some help from you in this regard.
i called timtara cusomer care number of times 90% they will not pick up our call even if they pick it up they will disconnect it in between the call.
please refund my money

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a digital camera from Timtara Online Shopping on 1st Apr, 2012. I had made the payment . Even after repeated enquiry to them regarding the status of the delivery they kept on telling me that the cameras would be delivered to me by the 8 to 10 working day, they failed to do so. On the 19th june 2012 they told me that the product is not in stock and they cannot deliver it your money will be refund within 7 working days. After that I call & mail to timtara customer Care regardiny my money back (compaint ID is 28434) but Till today they have not given a reply to me or not refund my money back and hence I had to suffer monetary as well as emotional torture as I was supposed to give the cameras to someone. Please help me out.

Hi,

I am also suffering as you are, on 21st Jun i have ordered 2 product till now i didn't get neither my product nor money back. This week i have planned to send a registered mail to Chief Minister spl cell, Chennai commissioner and Noida Commissioner and Pudhiya Thalaimurai (News Channel). At least we need to stop other to get cheated by this fraud timtara website. You also pls start initiate something to save others.
