Can't agree with u more. I'm standing in the titan showroom in omr. They asked for 10 mins to change the glass of my watch and it's half an hour already. They served customers who came to change there strap and such expensive things. Since glass is cheap they are taking it for granted.

I want to register a complaint against the employees of Ash & Aish Associates, Madipakkam (Titan watch care centre). I had given a watch for replacing a battery, they did it and it failed in 2 days. When I went there and asked for a replacement, they were very rude and vouched that their battery is good and my watch needed servicing. When I asked them to meet their owner, they got furious, almost manhandled me and I was evicted forcefully from the shop. They even swore at me that they will "handle me differently" outside.
Till today, I had great respect for a brand like Titan and considered it to be one of the best brands in India. But not any more.. I totally lost respect for this brand because of some of its employees. I am still baffled how can a brand like Titan employ such goondas in their show rooms and service centers.. Awful really.. I even thought of going to the police but I have full confidence in the authorities of Titan that stern action will be taken against the erring individuals..
