RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
On date 18.03.2008, I bought a TITAN RAGA LADIES WATCH ,MODEL NUMBER 9712YMO1 J675 whose INVOICE NUMBER is F[protected] at PREMIER APPLIANCES , 225,WEST GREAT COTTONROAD,THOOTHUKUDI -6280002 has not performed as it should be...
Because the 3 casestones has fallen down.this is my second complaint posted, as which my first complaint was that 1stone has fallen down ,during the gaurentee period,for which i was a solution after a long time.even now i stand with the same complaint...this is very much disappointing me... .
Therefore this product is not of satisfactory quality, as laid down by the law and a by a branded company .To resolve the problem I require you to refund , whilst reserving my right to claim against you.

After 20 days of pressure, they have given me a pair of 10 daily use contact lenses for me to use during the time they get me my lenses. It is going to take a month to get me contact lenses. Strange.
