[Resolved]  Titan Watch — Not working properly

New Titan watch was purchased from the titan showroom, which was returned back to them for servicing 3-4 times, still not working properly, 3 reminders of mails sent to the customercare ID of the Titan, still no revert from them.Details of mail attached below.

Dear concern,

As an your valuable customer, will like to bring to your notice that the quality of TITAN watch has gone down drastically.
Me & my wife had purchased a watch from the titan showroom , dadar. It was a first valentine gift from her to me.
Details of the same is given below.

Model no – 9220YL01
Complaint – Moonface not working in accordance with the time
Date of purchase – 13/02/11
Amount – 5800/= Rs
Dealer – JUST IN TIME, (Time showroom NX, 3, Seenne lodge, Tilak bridge, Dadar TT, Mumbai - 400014

Moon face in the watch was not working , I had personally taken off from my job & had visited the dealer 4-5 times , everytimes they use to take the watch in the service room do something & tell me that now it will work fine, this happened almost 3-4 times.
Finally they said me that they will be sending this watch to the company & it will take almost 1week , now after one week I have collected the same from them, but I’m very sorry to inform you that it is still not working properly.
Request your urgent intervention in this regards or else I will have to forcefully go to consumer court for the same.

We have purchased one wrist watch from Titan in October month and after one month that watch is not working properly. The same is get slowdown automaticaly. We have given the same to titan world for correction and get back the same after one month and the worst thing that was not at all repaired.

We have again given that watch to Titan world and its is there with them for more then one & half month and the dealer is not responding correctly, every time we check with them they say our technician is on leave, watch is in other showroom, etc. etc.

TITAN/ Wrist Watch — Not Working Properly/Gets Late .

I Suman Saluja Purchasedmmy TITAN Wrist Watch model No 2395YM on 21st Aug. 2010 from SAMAY J 136A main Market Rajouri Garden Mew Delhio. ,My watch always late and Get Repaired twice from Servicing Centre of TITAN ,Still It is in same condition as It was on Very first Day.

Hi Team,

I have a complaint regarding my watch (TITAN OCTANE WATCH model no-9343SM01) . My watch is under warranty as per the mail below i[censored] see i had the same issue before within 6 months when i bought the watch, i gave it to the service center they kept the watch for around month and then returned and now again i am facing the same issue, i have given the watch at the TITAN WORLD at 100 feet Road IndiraNagar Bangalore, they have checked and saw there is defect in the machine (which has already been replaced once) i am really fed up with the service and they say will will again take 20 days for the replacement, last time also same thing happened. Dont know why titan had compromised on the quality its the experience i have faced. Please look into this and get it resolved as soon as possible. It was the defective piece from starting only twice there had been issue with the machine, chronograph of the watch is also not working and it shows wrong time also gets delayed by hours in a days.

Please look into this and get it replaced or change the machine as soon as possible, its very bad on the name of titan.
I don't want to wait for 20 days again as i am shifting to Dehli in few days. Please get it resolved or i will raise a case in the consumer court for this.

I called the service center on 20th Aug.. then i was told that the parts are out of stock, i am just sending this message to tell u guys to tell you what the customer service u r providing to ur customers, anyways i am waiting to see how it will be resolved.it was my mistake i should hav gone for a Tommy or a Swatch watch, atleast they would hav not lasted only for 6 months.
