[Resolved]  Tmc - Samsung Biosleeep Ac — defective product

this is to bring to your notice that we bought the samsung bio-sleep AC from TMC in AS Rao Nagar a year ago. when they came to install it they made holes in my wall in 3 different places and then they said Sorry because it was done by mistake in the wrong location. they did not do anythin to repair the damage. from past 6 months my AC is giving trouble and they have not been able to rectify it. TMC says it is not their responsibility and Samsung says its TMC responsibility. In past one month i have made 75 calls to TMC and spoken to MR NARSIMHA, SRINIWAS REDDY. they were very rude and said they are not our servants. I dont know what to do about my AC now. I will never buy anything from TMC ever again.their customer service is very very bad.

Samsung AC — Defect Product

Hi I purchased Samsung 1.5 ton AC.It stopped working in 5 days.Contacted service centre,they said compressor is defect one,so changed that.Again it stopped working,contacted them,said interior is defect.Almost 2 years like this.No value for your money with samsung products.

I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG 1.5 TONNE SPLIT A/C, ONE AND HALF YEAR AGO FROM STARTING WE HAVE FACED PROBLEM RELATING COOLING.FOR THIS I HAVE COMPLAINT MORE THAN 30 TO 35 TIME IN COMPANIES CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SEND ENGINER
BUT THEY DONT KNOW THE PROBLEM.
THEY SAY A PIPELINE LEKAGE AND THEY CHANGE THE LINE AND FILL GAS FOR THIS I PAY 2500/-
BUT AFTER 8 DAYS SAME PROBLEM ARISES AND THEY
SAY DONT KNOW THE PROBLEM.
THE PIECE WAS COMAPNY DEFECTIVE PIECE BUT THEY CANT
CHANGE.
BY THIS REASON I FACED MANY PROBLEM IN HOT SUMMER OUR ROOM TEMPRETURE IS ABOUT 45* IN THIS HOT SUMMER MY CHILD NOT SLEEP WELL AND I HAVE FACE MENTALLY PROBLEM WITH MY FAMILY AND WIFE............

PURCHASED THE PRODUCTS WE ARE FACING A VERY VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM REGARDING THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS IN EACH AND EVERY RESPECTS. EACH AC SERVICED AND REPAIRED BY THE COMPANY'S AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE [ AMBAGAN, BAGUIATY, KOLKATA] FOR SEVERAL TIMES CHARGING THE MONEY RS. 2500.00 TO 5000.00 IN EACH TIME.BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS SAME PROBLEM ARISED. NOW WE ARE VERY SURE ABOUT THAT THE SAMSUNG COMPANY SOLD US ALL DEFECTIVE MACHINE.
