[Resolved]  Tortilla Roti Maker — Very very bad after-sale service

I purchased Tortilla Roti Maker from Bangalore and it was an amazing product. But, suddenly, after few months, we observed that the coil was not getting heated properly. And, now its been 1 year and we are not able to use the roti maker at all. because of this issue. We contacted the service dept continuously.. but always we get the reply that "We will be sending you the sales man tomorrow".. and that "TOMORROW NEVER COMES"!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced in any product. We have completely lost the hope that this tortilla will get repaired!
Requesting everyone NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

this is telephone of john raj the guy who sold tortilla roti maker ...they simply catch hold of innocent people and sell their defective product to them ...the roti maker doesnt work properly ...they r bunch of liars ...coz for them tomorrow never comes..and they will always telll u that they r coming to morrow...guys stay awaay from basic asscociates ...tortillla roti maker ...and john raj ..they r alll fraud ...his no is 91 [protected]- john raj

very nice product and good service in chennai miss.devi is very good girl in that office and very good customer service also.very usefull product to my home.

never buy tortillarotimaker that to in chennai or Hydrabad.Very very unsafe to use.At anytime you may get an electrical shock.No after sale service, nobody to attend or answer your call

There is no service after sales, i contact many times to this mobile number ([protected]) but there is no satisfaction for me. Product is good but service is very very bad.
