[Resolved] Tortilla Roti Maker — Poor After sales service.. | |||
Hi, I Purchased a Trotilla rotimaker 3 months ago, from the dealer which is giving demo & selling roti maker in Big Bazar, while selling they were telling that our service is so good that for any reason we give replacement for the Rotimaker with in 3 months this is my 2 complaint (issue) after calling to them service they just tell we will send a person in 2 days ...but they never last time they sena a person after 5-6 days that too i was again & again calling them...my Rotimakers plug got burnt they said no need to replace the whole rotimaker they need to replace only the cable, now to after complaning it is almost 6 days but no body has turned up yet , while giving the complaint they dont understand any other language other than Tamil & i dont know tamil even English also they dont know ...dont know what kind of after sales service they are having ......It's my advice to all ...dont Go for Tortilla rotimaker ...i THOUGHT IT IS A LOCAL COMPANY so will get good service...but it is the worst.....The product should be baned form Selling from BigBazar....because people r seeing to big bazar & buying the product... Sir, We had lodged complaint but did not get any response. We are working for exchange or carry it to the next exhibition when they exhibit their product and create awareness of their attitude. Sarla, Tiruvanmiyur
