The issue was resolved,
I have sent a mail to tortilla team by that mail this hyderabad service guys responded or as i have posted complaint in consumer complaint web by seeing this they have sent the excutive i dont know exctly but the issue was resolved.
the product was working fine only the service was not good from hyderabad team. | |||
