[Resolved]  Total Mall — Valet Parking

I used to be a regular visitor to Total Mall Madivala for the past 2 years, from the time the shop started. Recently, one of the weekends, I visited the shop. I had given my car for vallet parking. When I returned after shopping, I could find some scratches on the bumper. The supervisor at the parking lot mentioned that this happened while they parked and they will reimburse me for the damages. They asked me to submit the bill after getting the car repaired.

I did this and submitted the bill, for which they give me an acknowledgment in the photo copy of the original bill. They have retained the original bill.

They have mentioned then that this will take 3 weeks to process. I did approach them after 3 weeks, but no response. Yesterday was my 5th visit to the shop to get the cheque but they are not giving this. Also, the parking supervisor is not accpeting my calls as well.

While my overall experience in Total Mall has been good, this one experience changed my thoughts. How can you rely on the Mall guys by giving them your valuable car for vallet parking. The drivers are too rash and they don't take care of your car. I have seen this happening with multiple customers.

Same thing had happend to me also. They are just fooing. I also submitted my bill and behind them to get back the money after vehicle repair. This totally changed my attitude towards the total mall.
I too have faced the same issue.
Total Mall Madiwala Is Pathetic To The Core - No Doubt

I had ordered for a sofa set which they delivered 12 days post the date said by them that too only after hundreds of call from our side.
Many a times they never used to answer the calls and at times switch off their cells as well.
Total Mall staff and management has behaved in a very disgusting manner - ABOVE ALL the sofa set I received was defected/faulty and its been 3 months now I am trying to get it replaced but they have not buzzed. I would have made more than 100 calls but no response. 2 people came to my house to see the sofa set on 2 different occasion, they confirmed that the sofa set is faulty but nothing has been done yet.
I have been speaking to Sateesh [protected] and Lawrence [protected] and its hard to say who is more disgusting.

I want to know what action can I take against them and who to approach for a complain - if any idea please help.
