Sub: Unsatisfactory and incomplete service
We had booked ZUARAI sofa that costs Rs 42990/-set on 3/7/2010, bill number is -12436, we have paid advance of RS 30000/- at total in GOPALAN MALL. And they were suppose to deliver the sofa on Saturday (10/7/2010).
When we called them today(10/7/10) in the morning they told that they will deliver the sofa by 7pm today. And after few hours they are telling that they cant deliver the sofa because total and the ZUARAI company is having some problem. There is some problem with the suppliers. And Total wants to deliver the sofa on 14/7/2010 or 15/7/2010 for shore. And they told us that that they’ll give us the standby, for and they want us to make full payment for that sofa we had ordered on the delivery of the standby, which sounds to unrealistic.
I want my sofa on Monday (12/7/2010) or else give us back our advance amount today (10/7/2010).
I WANT TO KNOW THE EXACT STATUS OF MY ORDER. AND GENUINE REASONS FOR THE DELAY. I DID’NT EXPECT THIS TYPE OF RESPONSE EITHER FROM TOTAL.
