[Resolved]  Total Mall — Return of Rice of no Quality

We have purchased Sona Masuri Rice of 25 Kgs Bag from Total Mall. When tried to cook, we found the rice was sticky on day 1. However, we thought to give a try by pouring more water rather than usual. It resulted the same. 3-4 times we tried to cook and see if it ok. It was sticky all the time and we have already consumed 4 kgs. Now, decided to return back and chose any other Rice. When we approached the management in total mall, they refused to take the Rice bag, we were neither given any replacement of the rice nor they are willing to pay back the amount.

This is absolutely ridiculous. It's purely a Customer concern and have to be handled in a proper manner and give respect. Request to please expedite the same.
