[Resolved] Toyota - Fortuner — irregular service | |||
DEAR SIR ... i m raja from hosur .i purchased toyota fortuner from LANSON TOYOTA ,VELLORE they delivered the vehicle on 26 march ,2011 .till date ie[protected] they did not give me r.c.copy,invoice,insurance papers .they forced me to take insurance policy from them and the cost was 40 % higher than other insurance policy providers. they also said ..if i did not implement the policy provided by them " the vehicle will not be delivered at proper time..".so they forcibly made me to go with their insurance policy....!!! when ever i ask them about the papers ..they did not give me the proper response still..please do enquire them..even 1 % also i am not satisfied with their service...IF I BUY A CAR NEXT THAT WOULD SURELY BE NOT FROM TOYOTA COMPANY...please make customers happy with your service....!!!
