[Resolved] Toyota Innova / Ravindu — very bad service
Im Anand.R i own a Toyota Innova # KA-03 MJ 9991 . This is brand new car purchased from your organization in April 2008.
But unfortunately on[protected] i met with a accident at Tirupati and my car got damages some how with lot of difficulties I managed to get vehicle to Ravindu Toyota Show Room, 25 Chord Road, Rajaji Industrial Suburb, Bangalore
by[protected], 2.30pm . I met Mr.Chennaveerappa and Sathyesh in the front office and explained them in detail and surprisingly there was no response and there body language was very bad they were simply chatting over phone and some unknown guys these made me feel very bad for buying Toyota Innova from Ravindu. we waited for 3hours on floor with our own physical and mental strain ( they did not bother to show me the costumer lounge ) I took Mr.Sathyesh c with me to see the vehicle at 5.15pm and gave me the job card description as if he was doing favour to me that too in very bad body language. There was no instruction regarding the facilities or time duration or the explanation of the procedure. Even after several request he didn't even bother to give me the Iffco Tokio my insurance personals contacts or the personals name . Totally sir/madam this is very bad experience in your workshop I never felt any of the work shop. Even after finishing the work the updation of my vehicle work condition was not there. Everytime I visited to know my vehicle status i have to meet /call up the mechanic guys ask them regarding my vehicle. And when I visit personally for status enquiry he used to behave very rudly. And I felt Sathyesh was expecting bribe from me for the service . finally on[protected] my vehicle was ready and the condition was 100% unsatisfactory and also for insurance procedure purposely he was delaying to inform them or to me. Personally when I finished insurance procedure and approvals he is not called me any way to inform regarding my vehicle deliver time. there was no water service, totally not satisfied with your service...
After each every bad experiences I met Mr. HariPrasad for complaint where I got no response.
So dear sir/madam please see that you take an serious action regarding my bad experience and Stop spoiling the reputation of your esteemed organization. You please let me known same. Please do the needful to continue myself, my friends and relations circle business with the Ravindu Toyota or Toyota Kirloskar .
