Toyota — Want a amount of against giving job

My self Nilomoni Bhattacherjee,a student of mca applying job on software developper in a job site.But now a days i have received a mail,that some of company asked a huge amount of money against to giving a job,So sir,my question is that the company want money is a valid or not????if not,then how could I get rest from there hand????Sir,my father is a retired employee of dtate government.so what can i do now??????Waiting for your reply.
