[Resolved] Tradus — cancellation request not processed | |||
I have ordered a shoe against ID 9154712 and made a payment though debit card and provide e mail id [protected]@gmail.com and contact no [protected].but after few hrs i found another shoes so when i tried to cancel my previous order i found that website not respond that paricular option of cancallation then i was trying to mail on tradus managment i found that its not working .Kindly nessary action against this company as they a looted customer by given fake option they just live money deducted option ,i trying to find customer care no but i failed my conatct no is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.If this company have any courtasy so call me up on this given no . i have got call from [protected] and asking me to provide any indian bank account so i was provided PNB national bank card no and password but agent said that its not acceptable but if at the time of payment they were accepted the payment from icicc bank so why not refund on the same.
is it any one there to respond on my complaint
