[Resolved]  Tradus.in / 500GB HDD — 20 days Passed: Killing the time & Generating frustration

Wrong Model Delivered and they are just pending and pending though lying and fooling me around to exchange the product or to refund me the money.. PLEASE HELP!!

I complaint for Delivered Model No. is TS500GSJ25D2 which is StoreJet 25D2, but the Model No. requested was StoreJet 25M2. They called latter on mail I confirmed them the Model Design is completely different through sending mail to them witg the images attached.
I have not opened the Packet of Hard Disk yet.

They Replied:
We would like to inform you that we have arranged a reverse pick-up of the product against the order id:1468965 We request you to please keep the product ready and intact.

Once you hand over the product to courier agent, please inform us with AWB no. which will help us track the shipment and provide you a faster resolution


6 Days passed no information/details

6 days past..
Still waiting for your a reverse pick-up of the product against the order id:1468965.
Please make it soon you are making it very late.

They replied:
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that the reverse pick-up against the order id:1468965 will be done within next 2 working days

Again 6 Days passed I replyed:
You have crossed my patience limit!!. Yet another 6 days Passed, what support you are requesting

They replied:
We would like to inform you that the product against the order id:1468965 will be done today itself and you will receive a call from our logistic partner in couple of hours

Again 3 Days passed I asked:
Couple of Days have Passed, No response, No Call, No Phone.
I even Went to Blur-Dart, as in case they haven't called me, but they had zero clue about it. Can you give me your number only so that I can call you, in case you are out of balance.This might be the Last message to you, next time I might be going to message/call to some one else.


They replied Today:
This is to inform you that we have forwarded your concern against order id 1468965 to our logistic partner for further investigation. We will update you with the status.
Please provide some time and we shall get back to you in 3 working days

I replied:
How many times you will forwarded it logistic partner for further investigation. I would like to talk to you, Please forward me your Phone number or the number of your boss, in case you are not the only boss.

At Last I'm here filing official case against it at consumercomplaints, also ibibo.com will be notified for the same in complaint.

He is not only killing the time but also Generating great frustration. Though I'm now thinking of taking help of some Lawyer to draft my petition and sending Legal notice to the company.

I had order the Product on 22nd March, Today is 11th April, he is just Fooling me around.
I STILL REGRETTING MY SELF WHY I DIDN'T WENT to ebay.in INSTEAD OF THIS..
