Tradus — Order not being delivered and no response

my dissatisfaction is regarding a few orders which i placed on tradus and i am actually regretting now that why did i place those on tradus when there are so many other sites with a wonderful customer support

10 days have passed since i have placed one of the orders and 15+ days for the next and the last one: your site says delivered but i have not received yet and i am repeatedly trying to contact tradus regarding the same but all in vein, i have not received any reply that would satisfy me and convince me that choosing tradus for shopping was not a mistake

your site stated that it was monte carlo jacket, and to my surprise it was some cheap roadside jacket with absolutely no mention of the brand as such. i have returned the product via blue dart a few days back but haven't received any feedback form tradus as usual.
