I applied for the pan card in last week of july, 2008.

I got the Pan card no : BYKPS1894M
application sr no:[protected]
coupon no:[protected]

But I have not received the card till today.
I went to the Kolkata branch o[censored]TITSL and gave written complaints.
But I did not get any result.
Then I went once again to the Kolkata branch. They said if KOLKATA POST did not deliver the card what they could do.
Please suggest what to do...

Sir, I have allotted PAN CARD NO.AOOPS 7523N in the year 1997 and subsequently I was again issued PAN CARD NO.ANBPS 0897B in the year 1998.

On confirmation with the UTI Services in Mangalore, I was requested to continue my earlier PAN CARD NO.AOOPS 7523N and discontinue PAN CARD NO.ANBPS 0897B.

Now I receive a call from the Income Tax Department in Mangalore stating that my earlier PAN CARD NO.AOOPS 7523N has been CANCELLED. and on my browsing the Pan Card Status in the Directorate of Income Tax Web Site, I am finding my cancelled PAN CARD NO.ANBPS 0897B as my new PAN CARD.

I DO NOT HAVE A PAN CARD FOR ANBPS 0897B.

CAN YOU PLEASE ISSUE ME A FRESH PAN CARD

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PAN card about 1 month back, which was generated with No. ADVPH4961K and dispatched from Mumbai office on 18th March, 2009 by Expressit courier (Bill no. [protected]). But as I lost my mobile, so I have to change to new contact No. and even after mention of complete correct address, the courier boy without enquiry remarked the Courier office about the office change and returned it back to Mumbai. This is a clear case of negligence from the side of Expressit couriers, which can't deliver the goods then why the responsibility for doing so ? Inspite of I being with the same address.

So, kindly can I know the way ahead and how can I get back my PAN card on the same address.
