[Resolved]  Travel Time Holidays — FRAUD OF MONEY & MENTAL HERASSMENT

Respecte Sir,
We have paid Rs.24550/- per three persons to the manager Mr. mansukh bhai, of travel time holidays for the tour of Mahabaleshwar-Goa-Panchigini-Lonawala-khandala-bombay on 8th nov. to 16th nov.2010. The owner of the office Mr. kalpesh panara was a fraud person, he did not pay money to hotels and did not transfer money for tall-tax and deseil, so we could not go goa. We returned from Mahabaleshwar without seeing any places except tapola lake and suffered a lot mentally because of their mismanagement and insufficient money. even we took our lunch at 4 O'clock and dinner at 1:00 O'clock at night, we want to get our payment back, we went to police station, they tried to take a written application that we are not complaining against them, so now what can we do and what can you do for us?
This attached photograph is of our tour manager and brother of the main owner of Travel time holidays mr. kalpesh panara. his name is mr. Bharatbhai babubhai panara.
