[Resolved]  Travelyaari — Ticket cancellation issue

I had booked ticket with travelyaari from blr to goa. I booked it for total 12 member (I got two PNR numbers, each containing reservations for 6 members), then I realized i had made a mistake and immediately contacted the travelyaari agents to cancel one seat in the first PNR number. They told me that partial cancellation is not possible and it would cost me 10% cancellation on the PNR. This means I will be charged 10% for cancellation of 6 seats and then they will have to do a re-booking for 5 seats.

I understand if they dont have a facility for partial cancellation, its their problem, not mine. Why should I pay for it? Please help. They also charged two more order numbers summing upto RS. 10500 into my savings account. They stated that this could be as I was trying to book the tickets online and the payment should have gone through twice. But I never got a confirmation of such booking if the payment went through and this is a complete fraudulent activity. you can contact me for more details.
