Tulip Telecom — Against sms work fraud

Hello sir my self vikas i am student from priyadarshini nagar chhattisgarh. sir i had seen one advertisement to news paper patrika 17 aug that is to send message and earn money and tell me to deposit securiety money 3040 rs in punjab national bank acc no [protected] name - vijay raj singh on[protected] he told me after one week you will get one samsung handset and a company sim you can start your work. and then when i contacted him he told me to deposit amount of 2540 again which i have deposited on[protected] but i am not getting anything up till now. and i was telling to return money. he reply i will not return you can do what
