[Resolved] Uninor — Deactivation of Outgoing Calls | |||
I have taken a new Uninor connection by MNP Request bearing no. [protected] on[protected] after filling in the CAF with necessary ID and Address Proof and also with a recharge of Rs.62, number is activated but on[protected] a sms came saying that your outgoing calls are barred & call to customer care. The next day outgoing calls has been deactivated on[protected]. On contacting the Customer Care at 121, they instructed me to submit the documents at their Customer Service Outlet. I went to the Customer Service Outlet on[protected] and appraised the executive about the problem. He checked the number status and replied that you have to submit the documents for 2nd time.
