Uninor — Deduct Rs.30/-per month

Yesterday,07th April '12 deduct Rs.30/- from my balance and activate HUNGAMA,Still now don't know why this is activated?Yesterday complain to Customer Care but no response.Please deactivate as early as possible and refund that said amount to my a/c. I am a BA 1st year hosteler student and use my mother's name's(Jayanti Banarjee) SIM Card.
