Yesterday, Dt 05th Aug 2013 deducted Rs 30/- from my a/c, just I would like inform to u I don’t activated any scheme & services, Why you deducted Rs 30/- Please explain it…?

I many time call to customer care but not satisfied answer & I call to 198 and I discuss Ms Ashwini she told me this is not updated information so can’t explain it ….. ? it is not good & not satisfied answer from your team.

Please explain it …… & give correct contact no of Customer Care Centre so I can discuss

Day by day it is very poor services! Please care to customer
