Respected Sir,
I am using a prepaid mobile no.[protected] since January 2012.During all these days they directly allow a new plan to my mobile number and withdraw it back without my consent.
Even if i make a call to the customer care they provide an irrelevant answer to me...
As i am fed up with this network i want to go to another network through Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
Though i am trying to do this they indirectly stops me by not delivering the messages..
When ever i send a message to mnp it automatically shows a message i.e MESSAGE SENDING FAILED.
Would you please provide a quick assistance in this problem.
Thanking you,
