hello sir, i faced a problem with ur service last 2 days .unwanted tunes or msgs are activated in my number [protected] automatically and reduce my balance upto 150 rupees illegally.so plz check and send my balance soon.

This is Muhammad Talha I am from Gaya Bihar, I live in Delhi I have a Uninor number which is [protected] yesterday I loaded 90 INR in my mobile but suddenly I got a message that your my tune service has been renewed and RS 40 has been deducted, I called up Customer Care and spoken to Mr. Mazhar Imaam and told him my problem he told me that you had called us to activate this service on 12 October I told him that I was not in Bihar I was in Delhi at that time but he did not accept it and dropped the call, again I called and spoken to Mr. Alamgir and told him all about my issue and requested to raise an SR or TT but he also told like Mr. Mazhar Imaam, kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to claim to Media and I will share with Facebook also .
