[Resolved] Union Bank Of India ATM — atm transiction | |
dear sir/ madam i would like to informyou that i am a cusstomer o[censored]nion bank of india mukhmel pur delhi-=36 branch.. on 24 feb i was going for transiction through canara bank atm located in burari, delhi. i entered amoun of rs.10000/ but the same time my purse left from my hand, so i take my purse in between the amount came out from atm & back in atm machine. but the amount debit in my account. i make call to customer care no many times but it is busy always. next day on25 feb, i am going to my ubi brabnch for complait but they are not given any satisfacory answer. so please help me and solve my problam Or transistm my mony back in my account. . i am very thankful to you. yours faithfully meenakshi card no. on 05 june 2009 i was going for transiction through icici bank atm, sahdeo mahto marg, boring road, patna-1
i entered amoun of rs.15000/ but i never receive money nor receipt. but the amount debit in my account.
i make call to customer care so many times but it is busy always.
next day on 6 june 2009, i visited to my ubi branch for complaint but they are not given any satisfacory answer.
so please help me and solve my problam and credit my money back into my account.

I have also received Rs 500 fake note from ATM of Nationalised Bank on 24.12.09. I would like to know from RBI as to how to get it exchanged and how to register complaint since the Bank may refuse to admit in the absence of proof/evidence. RBI has to reply.

I have received a fake note of rs. 500 from Union Bank of India ATM Machine below Golcha Cinrma Daryaganj, Delhi 110002. There was no security guard in the ATM at that time. Now What to do?
