[Resolved]  Unitech Group — Non receipt o[censored]NIfd

My Brother Nilesh Danayak applied for an UNIFD(details as below) on FEb 2011. So far, she has not received the FD certificate. The amount corresponding to the FD value was debited from her account(cheque details given below) on 16th Feb 2011.
The FD details are as follows:

I have given email reminders twice to their mail ID : [protected]@unitechgroup.com, but I have not received any reply so far.

There must have been some technical glitch at Unitech's end, which must have delayed the issue of the FD certificate. As there are various channel partners involved, the process must have takes a bit longer than you expected. I am sure Unitech will soon provide you with the appropriate FD certificate.

My fixed deposit for Rs.35, 000 had matured on 26th April 2011 but till date I have not recd principle amount . Pls.send principle amount along with overdue penal interest @18% for number of days I am out of fund.

Confirm back immediately.

i too have the same problem of non receipt of Fd renewal receipt for the past two months arter maturity. no of reminders of SMS ana Email were sent but no compliance so far.

I have invested Rs.1, 50, 000/- in Unitech Fixed Deposit scheme for period of three year. The details of the FD is as under:-

Date of Deposit: 2/12/2010

I have sent the original FDR certificate duly discharged on 21/10/2013 by RPAD but till date I haven't received the cheque for the priciple amount Rs. 1, 50, 000/-.

I have sent a no.of emails, also sent registered post, speed post; tried to contact on phone but they are simply not responding.
The only thing they give is false commitments by mails!!
Kindly help me to get back my money as i'm in need of it urgently...
