[Resolved]  United Healthcare — Claim not received yet

I was an employee of IBM India Pune ( employee# 986261) till Dec 2007 and my family was covered for hospitalization expenses by United Healthcare
Ltd(UHC) as an employee benefit. My son Aryan Takalkar was hospitalized for 4 days in Nov 2007 and my claim documents for my son
Aryan's treatment were received by UHC on 16/11/2007 (amount Rs. 8000) .
I left IBM in Dec 2007 and informaed UHC to send my reimbursement to my home address - after my
continued follow-up UHC told me that my cheque was sent to IBM,Pune.
Then I checked with IBM authorities and they confirmed no such cheque was received or might be lost during the
transit by them. I then requested UHC to reissue the cheque. I
have been following up since Dec 2007 till date - almost one and half year now for the reimbursement but no response from
them. I have been emailing UHC customer service , Priyanka Sarkar very regularly but nobody responds. When I called them
they told it is in process. Please help.
