UniverCell — very poor standards of selling a mobile | |||
I bought a mobile recently(its hardly a month). I use it very rarely as mobiles are not allowed in my office. But the mobile which i bought is not working(getting switched off regularly and going to emergency call frequently). I want to put a note here, the mobile is not damaged or dropped from hand till date. when i took the mobile to UNIVERCELL and they give vague reasons saying one in every 10 pieces gets damaged. I am afraid if this is the same with other dealerships also?. They say they will give it to service center and it may take two weeks. What is the purpose of buying a mobile? to facilitate my need Right! then if they say it takes two weeks Whose problem is this. Buying the mobile from UNIVERCELL is a SIN? Iam worried at the moment as it's becoming worse to communicate without a mobile. Why can't they replace it with a new mobile as its not been a month of buying. Also at the time of purchase, i was told that there is a spot replacement facility as it covers an insurance but they change their tongue now, saying the mobile is not exchanged with a new one. I request the concerned authority to look into the issue. IS THIS THE WAY UNIVERCELL FUNCTIONS AT OTHER LOCATIONS ALSO? Was this information helpful? | |||
