[Resolved]  UniverCell Telecommunications — Computer Generated Bill not issued

I have bought Intex Mano mobile (1035) from UniverCell, Bhagyanagar branch, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 14-May-15. They have not provided me a computer generated bill. They have provided only manual bill and claimed that their system is not working. The tax invoice number is 108939 dated 14-May-15. The manual bill doesn't have the address of the shop. The phone number of the branch manager is [protected]. I followed-up with them enough number of times over phone and personally. They are not ready to provide the computer generated bill. This system generated bill is necessary when the mobile purchased has to be submitted for repair. To my bad luck, the mobile bought by me faced issues within 48hours on 16-May-15. When I took it to them, they made me to go to a different centre. In the repair centre, system generated bill was insisted and I was made to go between pillar and posts. They wasted 3 hours of my time and energy. Finally, they provided some bill to the repair centre separatelly, which I have not seen at all. The problem was resolved on 9-Jun-16 only, as it was a battery replacement. However, till now they have not issued me a system generated bill though I keep asking them, as it is mandatory for any service. I have visited their shop on 13-Jun15 also and still they say, their system is not functioning and the bill cannot be generated. It is very frustrating and irritating to shop and visit Univercell, as they are least bothered about customers concerns and issues. To add, they make customers suffer. I politely and softly asked them to send the system generated bill to the mailing address through courier, once their system works. They are reluctant to do that also. They say they can't send to my billing address. They demand that, I walk to their shop as many times as required to check if the bill is ready and if it is ready, they will handover. But, it is hurting and torturing to face this kind of treatment given to us even after one month. Above all, this mobile is for my mother ( a senior citizen of age 68yrs). Do they expect my mother to go after their shop as many times as possible. I stay in Bangalore and visit once in a month to see my parents. The kind of torture the manager and worker in the Univercell branch is given in unacceptable and inhuman. Request you to take severe action and ensure that the system generated bill is delivered to my residence address as mentioned in the bill.
