[Resolved] UniverCell Telecommunications — fake commitments | |||
Hi team, We brought samsung e7 and htc 620 from univercel on 21st Feb in chrompet univercel. A seller named sakthi gave us a fake commitment like he would give us a boom headset as we brought 2 phones as a gift from univercel.before we billed then after billing he said its out of stock so he wil give in 2 days and he has signed nd gave us in bill.unfortunately for Mr. Sakthi still two days has not come from Feb 21st.and I would hav called him as many times as I could and once he told to come nd collect and when we went he again started a story that no stock nd now his number when ever we contact he would disconnect my call.I hav billed for nearly 38k on Feb 21st and 8 months back brought htc desire 816 for 24k.but this is what they do to their customer.ashamed of yu guys.
