[Resolved] Universal Sompo — Delay in settling the claim
My name is Gaurav Sharma .In Dec. 2009, my father bought a brand new Santro car from a dealer of Yamuna Nagar, Haryana along with the Insurance Cover from UNIVERSAL SOMPO. In April 2010,it met with an accident and we applied for insurance claim but its been 10 months now it not get settled.
Initially, car was on my father name and after his demise on March 23,2010 we transferred registration of vehicle on my mother's name Smt. Vipon Sharma
So that we get claim easily and soonly.It was a person of your organization named Mr. Mukesh Kumar (contact no.[protected],email id [protected]@universalsompo.com)
Who was handling the case but every time I just gave fake promises and ruthless statements.Sometime he was not responding to our phone calls and when out of frustration
We said that we are going to consumer court and drag you and your company to court then on same he replied "Kardo case jahan bhi karna hain Hume koi parvah nahin hain" . We already sent him all the necessary documents twice through email and by post but everytime he has excuse of not getting the documents ,he tried to make fool out o[censored]s and giving us lot of inconveniance.Then few days back after millions of calls and lot of verbal communication he forwarded our case to some another person named Mr.Sudhir(contact no.[protected]) but from that very day Mr.Sudhir is not picking our calls and even not responding on it. I dont know whether he gave right number of real person or not.
Listen, people generally take insurance to meet future uncertainties but if common man get such kind of treatment from organization and from its people than tell who is going to trust these unethical insurance company.One thing I like to cascade to high officials of company that dont destroy your company image by doing this wrong acts.For your further knowledge I mentioned other details below:
