Unjustified levying of interest charges
Dear Sir.
I would like to inform you that our cheque no.076786 drawn on PUCB Lucknow dt.4/4/09 amt Rs.8176/= was paid to your bank on 5/4/09 for which I have a receipt .Due to numerous bank holidays it was credited only on 12/4/09 as this is your internal problem and we had paid on time the onus is not on us as the pay by date was 5/4/09.
Despite that my wife whom I have fully authorized to deal with various payments etc as I travel frequently was unnecessarily harassed by your Customer Care people and all they did was complicate instead of easing and helping her out when she tried to speak with them on several occasions. She spoke to Mr Ashok on 13/4/09 at 3.45pm and told them that we had paid on time and that there should be no late payment charges levied on our next {May 09} bill but in spite of her informing him that she deals with all our financial matters instead of helping her in solving this simple matter they just insisted that they would take on action and eventually even when I called they refused to listen. I have no time or patience to deal with these petty problems and have asked my wife to take care of all these matters and I expect that respect must be accorded to her.
As you can see from our credit record that we always pay our dues on time, but one time when no bill was received, and even then it was my wife who spoke to your customer care and had the late payment charges reversed as once again it was not our Fault and only on calling your company did we find out the bill amount. Hence seeing our clean record please waive the unjustified charges amounting to Rs.895.94 immediately
Also Rs 100/= as cheque pick up fee has been charged as well what is this?? Since no cheque was asked to be picked up. I have included this in the Rs.895.94 to be reversed in our next bill.
I have paid the full amount of Rs.13508.34 on 1/5/09 cheque no. 076790 under protest as our intention is not to cheat so kindly look into this matter and have the above mentioned charges reversed in our June09 bill which again we will be paying in advance as we will both be traveling for the next month and a half.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — cheque pick up charges

i saw this month statement of credit card no-[protected] . icici bank add some cheque pick up charges in my statement. i hope they charge this amount before few bills .please solve this problem

WOW.. What a team of EDUCATED People????????

1) The attached salary slip is very much ORIGINAL (same was sent to you earlier twice). We get the salary slip through email from our accounts team.
2) Its duly authorized by Company HR. You can see the Company Stamp and HR Official's signature there.
3) My name is "Ritesh Khera" only which is very much there in the Salary Slip. Also, the Desgination- Senior Business Analyst, its my designation only. Apart from the break up given in that, what other break ups you want????? I thought these falls under the Standard Salary Structure followed by so many Multinationals across the Globe??? Does your Company give break up of BASIC and HRA also?????? Please suggest us also, we will also suggest HR to implement that!!!
4) I think PF deduction of 3012.00 Rs and TAX Deductions of 3519.00 Rs. are in ENGLISH Only.. Dont you know English??????? Please tell me in which Language you want to see that?
5) There is the Company Stamp and its duly signed by Company HR, Mandeep Kaur Suri. If you have any doubts you can contact her, I will give you her contact information...
6) Apart from the round stamp, which other Company Stamp you want?????

SO WHERE'S THE PROBLEM NOW???????

Shall I assume that ICICI Bank doesnt have money to give some Credit to the Customer???????If that is the case, let me know directly instead of making SUCH FOOLISH and STUPID EXCUSES...In that case, I will forward these mail chain along with other proofs to all the people and will ask them to refrain from having any relations with ICICI Bank...

I WANT A CALL FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD, ELSE I AM FORWARDING THESE MAILS TO EVERYBODY I KNOW AND WILL ASK THEM TO FORWARD IT EVERYBODY THEY KNOW...
