[Resolved] UnlimitedGB — worst support | |||
I have relationship with znet, manashosting, godaddy and ibeehosting. recently i moved to UnlimitedGB. they are very good comparing to all while marketing. Once you are tie-up with UnlimitedGB, then you come to know about UnlimitedGB. they are having good marketing team. but support team is totally waste. For changing the Ajax version they took 8 days(luckily i had hosted the domain in other provider). or else that all. Good joke is SQL Server. they are displaying SQL Server 2005 unlimited. but now they are not giving remote access, need to access via asp.net enterprise. for remote access need to pay again some amount to them. they are very smart while fooling the customer. I am a customer o[censored]nlimitedGB too. I am with them since 2 years and never had any problems or downtime. To my knowledge Ajax Toolkit is pre-installed on all servers o[censored]nlimitedGB and no hosting provider today in the market including GoDaddy.com will not provide Remote SQL Access on shared hosting because of SQL Injection ATTACKS from Hackers in CHINA and RUSSIA.

they mention that they host their site in amazon cloud.
but they are reseller of a company called liquidweb a smaller company compared to amazon.
you can avoid unlimitedgb at any cost.
they have employed around 2 or 3 people and asking them to write everyday about their company in all the websites.
none of the customer is writing a good review about them.its only their employees and the owner day and night writing reviews about them.
never get trapped by unlimitedgb .

Even I had my hosting with this abstruse hosting provider and their incapable services had led my business down. The technical team was illegible that they were unable to get with the meaning of name servers. Drastically, this had proved them to be worse in their service providence.. It would be much better to stay away from UnlimitedGB..

No doubt unlimitedGB is worst service provider they don't reply timely and i renewed domain 6 days before it expiry but still it got expired.
I agree even i am suffering from last 2 years, technical team is useless, i don;t know how they got job there, is there any way to file a complaint in consume court, i lost my many client because of not solving the issues by technical team
