delay in solving the technical issue

I raised an issue on crystal report on 12.10.2017 and the ticket id is 929436, still they have not solved the problem. Because of this delay i am loosing my customers. I got replied from their end says that there is a problem in coding, i have shown the screen shot of my crystal report output, even though they are blaming me for the issue. Kindly take the necessary action to solve this issue, there are many unhappy customers, raised the issues...

I have paid for my domain and hosting since 29th March 2017 and, my service is still not working. i have attached the invoice as a proof for the payment. I am trying to call everyday and their answer everyday is by the evening the domain will get initiated and again in the morning i have to call them. the customer service is also very bad. they kept me on hold for half an hour and they had no sence how to talk with their customer who are...

Worst Service

I a Cloud Reseller with UnlimitedGB, I never had downtime until i installed wordpress with softaculous. Then i raised ticket(s) regarding the issue and dint get reply for a month/two and not till now. Now i noticed that they have closed my ticket without reply.

Yesterday they have updated the control panels and whats shocking is that the backup they restored was three days old. No announcement o[censored]pdation. No prior information...

worst support

I have relationship with znet, manashosting, godaddy and ibeehosting. recently i moved to UnlimitedGB. they are very good comparing to all while marketing. Once you are tie-up with UnlimitedGB, then you come to know about UnlimitedGB. they are having good marketing team. but support team is totally waste. For changing the Ajax version they took 8 days(luckily i had hosted the domain in other provider). or else that all. Good joke is SQL Server....
