SO:

1 - YOU GIVE A SECOND HAND PHONE, CHEAT THE CUSTOMER BY SAYING THAT IT A BRAND NEW ONE

2- THEN THERE IS SUCH WEAK OR NO COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR END

4 - ALL THE TROUBLE I AM GOING THROUGH BECAUSE THIS PHONE IS NOT WORKING AND I CANT BUY A NEW ONE TILL I HAVE MY REFUND

3 - YOU WANT ME TO GO AND DROP THE PHONE BECAUSE I AM STUCK AND HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT

YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN JUST FOOL PEOPLE LIKE THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT WILL ALL THIS CORRESPONDENCE I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF
THE PHONE WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT IT IS A T-MOBILE USED SECOND HAND PHONE !!!

IT IS JUST SO SAD THAT A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE TOI WILL RESORT TO SUCH SHAMEFUL MEASURES TO RUN A SCAM OF A BUSINESS

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE BLOODY HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr Yogesh, Vikram and Sudhir,

I am waiting for confirmation from your end that I will get my money back as I do not
want a used and refurbished phone, as this is not what was advertised on your website

http://shopping.indiatimes.com/Mobile-Accessories/Mobile-Phones/BlackBerry-8900-SmartPhone-/-Mobile-Phone/ctl/...

as you can see, it says no where that this is not a brand new phone or that it is used and refurbished
and unlocked from T Mobile.

Sudhir Raj on his telecom with me yesterday has agreed to the same.[protected]

I am facing immense difficulty as this phone is junk, the tracker ball does not work as mentioned
many times before and delay from your end. My work is suffering as I cant use this phone.

You can review the emails sent earlier, which explain the problem in much more detail.

Please confirm the refund of my money asap so I can return this phone.

Waiting to hear from you confirming my REFUND and i will gladly called up TNT and send this back without a seconds delay.

Y

Dear Mr Vikram,

Firstly, if we have to do this right, I should be communicating with one person and not
new person every few hours.

Secondly, the question of REPAIR does not arise ! This phone is a used refurbished unlocked phone
and I do not want it, I do not know how to make it more clear.

Yesterday I got a call from Sudhir Raj[protected] and he communicated that this phone would
be replaced with a brand new one since that is what I thought I was buying when I got this used
phone delivered.

I made it very clear to him that only the original Blackberry, sealed and with hologram, the way it
is sold in the market, imported legally by Redington, with the sticker saying so.

This conversation was last evening and you are already going back on that and talking about
REPAIR !!!

In this case, I do not want this phone and would want my refund back, because I have no trust
left anymore and do not want to be stuck with a used phone.

Kindly let me know how we can proceed.

Thanks

Y
