I have already sent this mail to [protected]@utitsl.co.in twice but have not recieved any reply from them. Also the bell is ringing on board line no provided, but nobody picks it up.

I had taken UTI-ULIP (Income) scheme. I have received a letter saying that the scheme cannot be redeemed due to mismatch in signature. But as now i want to redeem it in future, i request you to forward me the original copy of the scheme which i had sent to you earlier for redemption at Thane office. My scheme details are follows :

My installments are due in the month of November every year.
I have been depositing my annual subscription regularly through cheque, which have been debited also in my account till Nov. 2009.
However the cheque for my instalment for Nov. 10 have been returned twice. My agent (Mr. Rakesh Bahadur) has informed me that my policy has been discontinued.
I want to know why and also the actual status of my account.
