[Resolved]  UTITSL — pancard not received

Dear Sir

I had applied to UTITSL on 18th of march 2008 for PAN card and paid up the necessary fees on same day, but till today after one month of application i had not received my PAN card as i urgently need for banking purpose

As per the claim o[censored]TITSL they issue PAN card within 15 working days but in my case its more than 1 months time they take and still not replying in proper manner, the phone for inquiry of PAN card is not working all the time its engaged

I request you to do some action against UTITSL, my details for application is as below

I have applied for Pan card on 19th of March 2008., When checked online for the status through CP No.24647273, shows that it has been delivered through Post on 10th April2008,
My application No is[protected]., Till date I didn't recieved the card to my residential address. Can you pls help in this regard, Is there any chance of changing my postal address so that I can get it.

I have submitted PAN application at PAN Service Centre GAYA, Code-2BHB218 bearing CSF No.[protected] & Processing Fee Coupon No.[protected] on dated[protected].PAN Card not received till date.

But till date I have not received.

I have applied PAN Card at Koti pan application center on March 12 2010, Through online i got my PAN Card Number (AKFPN5525N) but i haven't receive on my postal address. Now as about 5 months have passed.
on tracking pan card status it always shows following;
