[Resolved]  valuemart — not received products booked online, but amount has been debited from card

Respected Sir / Ma'am,

I recieved a pamphlet in my HSBC statement encouraging me to purchase products online from ivaluemart using my hsbc credit card
I made a purchase on the 23rd of April 2009 and the amount of Rs 4349/- under the description "VALUEMART SHOPPING CAT MUM IN "


However Neither have I recieved any products nor have i recieved any response to my continous calls made to ivaluemart and HSBC

Please advise on how I may penalise both HSBC and Ivaluemart

i had ordered an nokia bluetooth headset and an electric steam iron and an electric weighing scale in ivalue mart on april 12 but still now may 12th i have not yet recieved the products. and in my credit card the money has been deducted 3349.00 rs. i request ivaluemart and hsbc to send my products immediately at any cist please i request them to send it as soon as early.

Hi,

I ordered a Nokia bluetooth headset, sewing machine and an electric weighing scale from ivalue mart in the month of April but it is July 5th and I have not yet received the products.
In my credit card the money (Rs. 3349) had been deducted and I have also made the citi bank credit card payment.
I called up ivalue mart somewhere in mid of June and that was the last time they picked up their phones[protected],[protected] and said that the order placed is out of stock and i will receive it by 25th of June. But to a great disappointment neither i received anything nor they pick up these numbers any more.
I even emailed at their email address- [protected]@ivaluemart.com but response is still awaited.

I request ivaluemart to either send my products immediately or refund my money.
Action should be taken on this and I request all the people reading this to not to place orders..I think they are fraud.
I will soon be contacting consumer court for the resolution and money refund from ivaluemart for such frauds.

i have booked one personal electronic weighing scale on 4th May, 09 from value mart. they had charged Rs.1600.00 from my credit card immediately towards this product. i am yet to receive the product even after so many calls & e-mails. they are not picking up phone at bothe toll free & charged numbers for last one month.
it is disgusting & this type of vendors spoil the immage of on line transactions. i do not know where to lodge complain so that the valuemart either delivers the product or refund the money.
They are the cheaters. Even I has been duped by them. Please contact me so that we may file the complaint together.

YOU WILL KEEP ON CALLING AT CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND THEY WILL SIMPLY HANG THE PHONE OR WILL SAY THAT SHORTLY YOU WILL RECEIVE IT BUT NEVER YOU WILL RECEIVE THE GOODS.

same is the case with me. i placed order on May 5th and still products are not delivered. And HSBC said i need to close teh case with ivalue only they cann't help in any way. dailying i am making aroung 10 calls to ivalue but no one is there.

valuemart — Products not recd yet charged on my CC since May 2009

gd with the brochure which had been sent with my CC statement for the month of May 2009 tobuy 3products for the value of 2999 ivaluemart retail outlet. I had placed the order for 3 products to gift to a married couple, namely, mini sewing machine, electric mini iron, go duster & was entitled for a free electric mini iron, which did not reach on time. I had given my credit card details HSBC Credit Card for the said order. I have verified with the bank as it has been indeed been debited to my account statement dated 12/5/2009 for Rs.3249/- The bank has provided the ref authorization code for the said transaction as 091226. I have been repeatedly trying the ivaluemart team on their given nos. & email ID for the clarification & refund of the same. But, to my dismay I have not been able to recieve any reply from them or contact them. The bank takes no responsibility for the transaction either. Later on 5th July 09 Mr. Bhushan from the admin dept mailed me that the products were not available & I should chose other products. With no choice left, but forced to buy three products I checked their site & placed new order for 2 REVERSIBLE GRILL& GRIDDLE and 1 GO DUSTER.I had mailed again on 20th Aug 09 & finally went there personally, there was no responsible person in their dept and Mr. Bhushan made me speak to Mr. Kamble & he assured to send the products in 2 days. Bu still I did not receive in 2 days but after calling them recd in a week on Thursday where the products were not the new one placed but the old which were supposed to be a gift to a couple & I already had the same. Uptill now I have not recd any reply or mail regd the products . I feel duped & no one to help.
I request you to please help me as the amount is not minisicule for people like me to let go. I am also aware that the bank is not responsible for the transaction carried. But with their credibility we believe that the details provided like the shopping pamphlet to the customer were genuine & go ahead to shop. Its my earnest request you to please help me in this matter & take a strict action regarding the same. Your co-operation in this matter will be highly appreciated.

ivaluemart — Goods not have been delivered and no money refunded

I had Purchased Few Products from my Credit card in Nov 2008, However only 2 goods out of 3 have been delivered to me and one worth 1500 rs still Pending,On calling the call centre they gave me an option of choosing other goods which again has not been delivered. I seek a refund of Money from this Fraudlent Company and additional interest for the period of reund equivalent to non payment charges on a credit card from the date of Purchase.
