[Resolved] Ventura Securities Ltd. — Cheating, No proper response

I have a trading account with Ventura Securities Ltd., with the following details:

While having positive balance on 30th November 2009, they blocked my margin benefits and have not been providing margin facility till today (9th December 2009). There is no proper response from the local office in Hyderabad and also to my emails.
They are not even allowing me to cancel my account as they have my account opening money which is refundable. I do not feel like continuing the account with this company. I don't know what kind of action that can be taken against them. Please help me doing something.
Additional Information: At the time of opening the account, the executive said that I can use margin amounts for T+4 days to sell the stocks that I purchase but never provided this. They sell the stocks on the 3rd day itself by blocking the account in the morning. I cannot sell the stocks on 2nd day, as they send the both buy and sell actions to auction. I don't know what these people provide in favour of the customer.
The calls that they make are another problem that 80% goes to stoploss price.
