Their terminal generally gets blocked during volitility by not allowing you to place your orders. also their system will not allow you to squire off your positions on expiry day. their call center is dubankur and when needed busy... i have known these people in ventura since a long time back they would do any gimmick and wil act like you are god to them when u will open your acocunt but when u start trading and some time passes by these guys will show their real face.
you guys do know that what happened on 22nd january 2008 ... and what did they do they just sold of all the clients holdings without informing them... also i have heard there are lot of cases pending against them pls go through this many people have lost money due to these people...
i would rather suggest you go for a national level broker rather then tier 2 ventra even if they charge you bit more than what ventura does.
atleast you will be safe and sound with you money and holdings ...

hai i am sreekrishna my ventura id no 10301020 .I have changed my residency before 8 month.I give my current address proof from the local office 8 month back.but not change my current address.I already send to my current address proof in e-mail also.but not responce for ventura securities ltd.Please change my current address early as possible.Thank you

Ventura is One of D best Broker i seen till now ... i have sharekhan, nirmal bang, Key Note and others too but in Ventura i have 3 account with 1 paisa intraday, 10 paisa delivery and 15rps per Lot Bokrage also they given me best facility's and service From there side and .. its Not complersory that we should Follow their tips, ppl getting low brokrage because they know technical and fundamental analysis and now they want to earn more and more ... Ventura i think more than 4 Starts only if we left there Advice or Tip part

I totally agree with the above user and we need more members to sue against this Brokerage house for compensation. They have the most pathetic lightning speed software Pointer, where the prices lag continuously even with a 2MB speed internet connection. If there is volitility in the market all their servers become busy and your software crashes. Their call centres will pick up calls by *Yawning* and then put on hold for 15 mins. On 26th June when such a thing happened, I called up the dealer and he was asking me whats the issue. I told him square of my ITM options and he disconnected the phone. Called up again, been on hold and when they took it, it was almost 3.29. I gave him my Client code and told him I dnt remember the TPin as am not used to trade online, so kindly square it, still these [protected]@#$%ng [protected]@#$ds, ignored thereby causing me huge losses of 2 lacs.
I would suggest all the effected members to log on to www.scores.gov.in and lodge the complaint so that we can all take this guy down sure with a compensation for all their harassment. Don't call the IT team for any clarification ever. They will not intimate you of an update nor will their website show if there is a update. I have the call recording of their employees who give moronic answers. Also, one IT guy was talking like a rowdy, who doesnt know english and using abusive words.

Ventyura company's false promises. My account was opened in Lucknow branch will profit you a lot. But company use the people only own profit . Tips are turned off after a few days to come. Loss of money went into my head today. Do not pick phone any company mamber after opening account. The company that makes people stupid... i hate ventura ... SHARE KHAN is more better tan ventura.. luckbow branch team is selfish team... i alert every student that never open your training accounts in ventura security ltd ... choose another company or Banks...ICICI BOB HDFC etc...

Worst app I can't trade properly it's not opening. I feel like I am robbed after joining Ventura. The app is not ready to open some times I tried re-installing the app but it didn't work and it opens after 1 hour or so this is why I can't trade on this.
Once you buy a share and then u will not be able to sell it and if you will call on the D link no given then also you will not get the solution as sometimes they will say our sever is not working as a result we cant square off your deal we will just call you in 2 min and by the time anything can happen to the price of the share and you will suffer great amount of loss in it and nobody will take responsibilities of that everytime they will say technical issue and u will suffer great amount of loss.
I have worst experience ever with Ventura securities that is why this is a personal advice that please don't join ventura securities you will regret after joining it and I have all the recordings and screenshot as a proof.

They are the cheats of the first order. Ghost entries flow through the order screen that have no relation to the lat trade price. it makes the clients confused and end up in loss. They do not help the clients to recover the losses. Definitely, the new pointer software is the culprit and that helps the Ventura earn more by way of short covering and multiple attempts the clients trying to minimise the loss and in the mean time they earn more by way of brokerage. I have used Ventura but I am not happy with service one time I loss by mistake of internet server but the customer care will not taken responsibility of my problem now I am decided to close my account I paid 4500 rs but no use for that
