I purchased 32 inch LCD TV last year on 10 Oct 2009 and after one year screen of LCD got affected. Points to highlight is that product is so cheap that after one year screen got corrupted and cost to repair the screen at your service center is Rs 20,300, while purchase cost was Rs 25000 and current advertise cost is Rs 23900. In future I am not going to purchase any of Videocon product, if it is available free also neither I would suggest anybody to buy Videocon product. When I brought LCD I told some of my friend and they also took LCD. Now from today if any would be buying Videocon product then I will ask them not to buy your products. My previous experience with Sansui TV was excellent an even warranty is more than what Videocon provide.

As Videocon service center has suggested repair cost of LCD is 20,300 better I will buy Sansui LCD whose cost is less than your repair cost.

I am going to put this in all social networking sites so that people would be aware of quality about Videocon products.

From now onwards my caption on all social networking site will "THINGS 1000 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING VIDEOCON PRODUCTS"
