Videocon Air Conditioner — Bad equipment complain not being attended to | |
I have bought a split AC last year in the month of May from Capital Electronics. But the machine had a motor which does not function. I have continuously lodged a complain but no one is bothered about it and one of the mechanics who have attended said the machine needs to be changed but no one from Videocon Or Capital Electronics Ultadanga respond.Model no VSG 5222 CM NO APP753108. Complaint number to Videocon is KOL[protected] KOL[protected] KOL[protected] are some of the complain numbers that i have given here. So much money energy to set things ok have gone down the drain. dear sir i have bought a split ac from your dealer at tinsukia megha electronics from the day one i am having problems with cooling and the installation was also not proper i am running a spykar store here i have complained no. of times but there is no one to attend only two times they had come and could not solve the problem

Air conditioner not working properlyDear Sir
I have purchased one Air conditioner of Videcon company on 28.3.2006 from C-MENS , Air Conditions . Bill no. 3/149 at 7&10 DDA Market Safdarjung Enclave , New Delhi 110029
The product is under warranty and now not working properly. I lodged a complaint No. DEL[protected] . The AC is not working & no body has attended to our complaint despite repeated reminders.
You are requested to do needful and oblige.
